These are the wonderful Arch Books!My mother's Pastor introduced her to them and she got the kids 8 of them for Christmas. There are about 118 books in the complete set. These are bible stories taken from the Bible and made so children can understand them and enjoy the stories.

My daughter loves her bible books! She sleeps with them in her bed and takes them when we go to the store. They are all soft-bound books and about 12 pages long. They are written in poem form so it is fun for the kids, not boring.
I just wanted to share them with you, in case you're interested in reading some bible stories to your children and not sure where to start.
