Angelina's Birthday!

Ok So I am so very late in posting this! We went to a BBQ for Angelina's birthday party 2 Sundays ago....yes I am late....but here are some pics, that actually turned out. I don't know what was up with my camera that day, but most of the pics I took ended up being either blurry or too bright, like over exposed....so here are the ones that turned out OK.

There is pics of both twins, Cece and Alyssa, Shyla, Brandon and Serena and Angelina the Ballerina, in her green Tinker Bell Dress! The BBQ was nice and the weather was hot but with a little breeze if my memory serves correct.

Newest addition to the Zizumbo House!

Yeah, we finally decided to get a small tank and 1 fish, whose name is Memo, just like Nemo, LOL Serena named him and she feeds him every morning and she turns off his light every night before she goes to bed. She loves Memo and she even put a book of frogs up to the tank so he could look at the pictures....so Welcome Memo Zizumbo!

Potato Bread Anyone?

I have decided to start baking breads again, I did this a while ago, and thought I had pics of my first bread, but I don't....so here is my Potato Bread, yummy! Can't wait to dig into it! I have made Banana Bread that turned out wonderful! I just saw our bananas going bad and hated the idea of throwing them out, so I went online and got a killer, easy recipe for Banana Bread and made it! WaLA! I substituted the vanilla for almond and it tasted great.

SO, I have decided that I want to be the grandma that bakes all the time, breads, cookies, cakes, and pies! so I have to start practicing now so I am awesome when I am older!

Ok these are backwards, but you get the idea. Our wall looks wonderful! I am so happy with the way it turned out! I must say thank you to my parents, they made it happen! THANKS MOM AND DAD

Serena's First Soccer Practice!

Well, here is my Serena playing with my oldest....this was before practice. She looked kinda lost as did the other girls on her team. I am sure in time she will be awesome! Stay tuned for more pics of Serena playing soccer! Her first game is August 29th!

Our Wall

This is our front wall....it was fine or so we thought...until that earthquake a while ago, put a huge crack down the wall and in the sidewalk...the sidewalk has not been there as long as the wall. So, the decision to put a new one had to be made...the old wall was put up in 1950, no concrete in the wall to fill the bricks and the re bar was only in horizontal not vertical. Brandon's 2nd Birthday ~ August 4th

This is Brandon in the cradle my dad built....it is for a baby doll, not a 24 pound 2 yr old! LOL
